Mindfulness Skills for Hearing LossExplore a range of mindfulness practices in these mainly experiential sessions. Taught in an accessible way for those with acquired hearing loss. Some background theory will be given and there will be time for you to explore mindfulness in relation to your hearing loss challenges.
