Yoga: A Mindful Practice


A Mixed level Hatha Yoga class - suitable for all including beginners. These classes will include meditation. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and a block or cushion for sitting. Use class booking form below.

Build on and extend your existing yoga practice and work in depth on more challenging yoga postures. Improve your posture and increase your stamina and flexibility. Suitable for those with two years’ experience of yoga.
