Book online

Both Yoga and Qi Gong classes can be booked as a Drop-in or you can book a Yoga Class Pass for a discount (up to 6 Yoga or Qi Gong classes). To book with a pass - select the class you want first, select pass, then you can pay. You can allocate your classes/dates at this point or later as you wish.

Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga classes remain as a course block or drop-in.

You will need to download the Zoom app to your computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. It is free. Link to download Zoom

The online space will be open approximately 10 minutes before the session and for a few minutes at the end. In person class venues will advise regarding their own requirements.

An 8 week course. £60 (£10 drop-in)
Relax and renew with this relaxation based yoga class. Includes meditation for those who wish.
Bring a bolster if you have one, lots of cushions and a blanket or two for support and for comfort.
