Meditation: Mind, Body and Senses 8.00 to 8.450am
Learn and practice meditation and mindful movement practices that form the bedrock of our embodiment in the world.
Guided meditations, on both Tuesday and Fridays. Register once and attend as many as you like, on one or both days. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Starts 5th/8th May running through until 9th/12th June.
By donation. Suggestion £4 per class, but please give what you're comfortable with.

Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin…5 Evenings of different stories all with a dharma theme, followed by a guided meditation related to the theme.
Register once and attend as many as you like on any or all of the 5 dates.
