Meditation Participant feedback:
"Your nuanced way to get in touch with the body and breath has been much more gentle for me and has really created a shift in me which I feel I take into ‘real life too’. I love the way you pay attention to the details of relaxing the body and find when you call attention to the collar bone, or the bridge of the nose, I really do get in touch with those parts. And I love the way you extent the body into space too. So, appreciation for this work! Todays session, for example, was particularly wonderful in incorporating body, breath and space." - Jean. B
