Practice guided meditation and mindfulness techniques and establish a regular time to quieten down habitual patterns.

Meditation can be booked as a Drop-in or you can book a Meditation Class Pass for a discount (6 classes). To book with a pass - select the class you want first, select pass, then you can pay. You can allocate your dates at this point or later as you wish.
