Practice meditation and mindfulness techniques and establish a regular time to quieten down habitual patterns.
Guided meditations, on both Tuesday and Fridays.
Register once and attend as many as you like, on one or both days. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
By donation. Suggestion £4 per class (I.e. £64 for the 16 sessions), but please give what you're comfortable with.
