Yoga: A Mindful Practice
Mixed level Hatha Yoga classes - suitable for all including beginners. These classes will include meditation. Bring a yoga mat or blanket and a block or cushion for sitting.

Each week treat yourself to some simple relaxing restorative yoga postures, for deep relaxation, and meditation. Have pillows, blankets, a bolster if you have one and cushions.
